The Hawks Youth Hockey Association thank all players and families for choosing our organization.
Below you will find the latest Dix Hills Hawks Youth Hockey tryout results for each team.
1. Complete online team registration with contact information. Be sure to list primary email as your main contact. All organization mailings will go to this email address.
2. Print and complete the forms listed. You must bring these forms with you to your team parent meeting. Do not bring deposits as they will be collected by the organization at a later date. Tuition information will be emailed directly to you.

TRYOUT RESULTS HAWKS SQUIRT TEAM

A coaches / parents team meeting will be held on Friday March 13th @ 7:00pm
All required forms (click here) must be printed, filled out and handed in at this meeting.
The season deposit will be collected at a later date. Tuition schedule will be emailed to the main contact you listed in the team database. Credit Cards will not be accepted for deposit.
NOTE: Player jersey numbers selections are based on the order of your team database entries. First to complete has first choice of number.
